SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are sent by traceable, signed for and insured services. We aim to dispatch all goods as soon as is reasonably possible following receipt of your online order. Please allow for potential delays during UK bank holidays.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

You will have the opportunity through checkout to select the most suitable express courier based on your location and the shipping costs will be calculated accordingly. All applicable duties, taxes and fees will be included in the total amount of your order. We guarantee you will not be required to pay any additional cost on delivery unless you have opted out of paying them during checkout.

Out of Stock item

If an item is out of stock or there are any issues with your order we try to contact you immediately (by phone or email) to resolve the problem.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email and/or SMS message confirming your order is on its way which will also include your tracking number and a link to the relevant carrier.

Late Delivery

If you have recently placed an order and you think the delivery of your order is overdue, contact info@hodz.co.uk ensuring you quote your order number and any other details you feel are relevant to your query and we will take appropriate action. Before contacting us about a late delivery we kindly ask you to consider any seasonal peaks and non-working days that may affect the delivery timeline.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

If you are not entirely happy with the goods you have received you can return them to us within 28 days of receipt providing they are in original resalable condition.
Once returned you will be entitled to receive an exchange or a refund, which will not include the cost of the original postage and packaging.

 

We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in the original condition.

- Please ensure you enclose a copy of your invoice - Ensure your return is well packaged, and meets all the conditions outlined at the bottom of this page.


- Returns should be shipped with a service that provides a tracking number and insurance as we are not responsible for delayed or lost packages. 


- Please make sure that your return has all the relevant information needed, such as your Order number, Name, and the reason for your return.

Return Terms and Guidelines


-All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, complete with original tags and/or packaging if applicable.


- We are not responsible for the return shipping costs of the items.
- All Items must be in original, resalable condition.


- Please make sure all returned items are well packaged, so as not to be damaged in the post.


- Please note that due to hygiene reasons, bodysuits, socks and underwear cannot be returned if removed from their original packaging.


- If returning footwear, please ensure the box is protected with an outer packaging layer. The box is part of the product, therefore any damage may result in the return being refused.


- Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service.


- We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.

For All International Returns/Exchanges Please Email - info@hodz.co.uk to arrange the return/exchange of an order. Additional costs may be incurred.


If returning an item from outside the UK, please clearly mark the package: RETURNED GOODS; to avoid any customs charges. HODZ is NOT responsible for any custom charges made.


A refund will be issued back to the original method of payment for the merchandise returned. We require up to 10 business days of receiving the merchandise at the HODZ HQ. Financial institutions may require additional days to process the refund before the funds are returned to the account.

You will receive notification from us once we have actioned a refund.
